Waiter

**Job Summary**:
The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in line with the company’s hospitality standards. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to create memorable dining experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests promptly and warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained before, during, and after service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Adhere to hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas.
- Support team members and ensure smooth restaurant operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setup (freshers may also apply).
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing preferred.
- Good command of English (additional languages will be an advantage).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
