We are seeking a skilled and creative Power BI Developer to lead the migration of moderate to complex dashboards from Tableau to Power BI. This role requires a strong sense of design, the ability to translate business needs into intuitive visualizations, and the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams (SLT).

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end migration of dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, ensuring data integrity and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and project managers to understand reporting requirements.
- Design and develop visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Present insights and dashboard walkthroughs to SLT and other stakeholders.
- Optimize performance of Power BI reports and implement best practices in data modeling and DAX.
- Maintain documentation and version control for all reporting assets.

Required Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and UX design.
- Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
