**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, design, and develop luxury clothing collections aligned with the brand’s vision.
- Conduct research on fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and competitors.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical specifications.
- Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments, ensuring premium quality.
- Collaborate closely with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Oversee fitting sessions and make necessary design adjustments.
- Maintain timelines for seasonal collections and special projects.
- Suggest innovative techniques, patterns, and styles to stay ahead in the luxury fashion market.
- Participate in brand events, photoshoots, and exhibitions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in luxury/premium wear.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment construction.
- Exceptional sketching skills (manual and/or digital).
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CLO 3D preferred).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
