**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within the PV ribbon manufacturing facility.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain **PPLC systems**, including power distribution, lighting, and plant control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Perform regular inspection of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to production lines and clean room environments.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in equipment, machinery, and control panels.
- Collaborate with mechanical and automation teams for integrated system functioning.
- Maintain electrical logs and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and plant operating procedures.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies or breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **industrial electrical systems**.
- Familiarity with **PLC/PPLC systems**, SCADA, and automated control panels.
- Ability to work with **three-phase systems, power distribution boards, lighting circuits**, etc.
- Capable of using electrical testing tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.).
- Good understanding of safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, PPE usage).
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team under tight deadlines.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as an industrial electrician, preferably in **PV/Renewable/Manufacturing sectors**.
- Certification in **electrical safety** and PPLC/PLC systems is preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Factory setting with potential exposure to high voltage areas.
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment occasionally.
- May involve working in shifts or during weekends as needed.
