**Responsibilities**

Work with the OBP and BU BP and execute the following responsibilities:

- Performing below activities basis request received in pre-agreed format:

- Creating Invoice, Purchase order, GRNs
- Creating/ Amending Project codes/ WBS
- Processing time transfer and time amendment
- Posting reallocation journals/ recharges
- Creation/ Amending/ Closing Salesforce opportunity to support Ops team
- Generation and analysis of Salesforce to enable fin forecast
- Preparing periodic reports and circulating same to agreed delivery list (including timesheets & CADO reports)
- Updating CBS based on template/ data provided by BU BP and OBP
- Updating CCN register with new commercial document received from BU BP and OBP. Updating any other Logs required by OBP (PO Log)
- Preparing rollover for MPR reports
- Replying to AP queries, AR queries, Project code/WBS queries, Timecard processing queries and Salesforce opportunity queries
- Ensure all AP queries/ AR queries are satisfactorily closed
- Replying to queries on reports generation, limited to parameters used for generation of report. All other queries on reports to be directed to BU BP
- Preparing ad-hoc reports on request received from OBP and BU BP
- Processing additional payment for the month and urgent payment request as required by OBP or BU BP
