**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Monitor and forecast market trends, clients’ needs, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Manage leads database.
