**Job Title**: Co-Founder - Embedded Hardware and Software Engineer

**About the Company**

As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Robotronix and Scalability Technology (P) LTD. Your expertise in embedded hardware and software will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Development**:

- Design and develop embedded hardware systems, including PCB design and schematic layout.
- Write, test, and optimize firmware and software for microcontrollers and other embedded systems.
- **Technical Leadership**:

- Lead the development and integration of communication protocols (e.g., UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, MQTT).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in hardware and software design.
- **Prototyping and Testing**:

- Build and test prototypes to validate designs and ensure functionality.
- Debug hardware and software issues and provide efficient solutions.
- **Strategic Contributions**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to define the technical roadmap and strategy.
- Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and market trends.
- **Team Building and Mentorship**:

- Build and manage a team of engineers and developers as the company scales.
- Mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
- Proven expertise in:

- Designing and debugging PCBs and schematics.
- Programming microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex, STM32, AVR, PIC).
- Developing and implementing communication protocols (e.g., UART, I2C, SPI, CAN).
- Firmware development in C/C++, Python, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of hardware-software integration and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
- Familiarity with RTOS, IoT platforms, and wireless technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Zigbee, Wi-Fi).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹280,365.19 - ₹1,762,129.89 per year
