**BASIC FUNCTION**

**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
- End-user support of Teamcenter unified (12.x), multi-CAD Integrations, Product Data/ Change/ Document Management, and Workflows in production environments.
- Perform root cause analysis, debugging problems with the Teamcenter environment, and then work with the appropriate technical teams to develop, test, and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
- Assist ongoing change/ enhancements release management
- Effectively adopt ALM tools to manage change management and source controls
- Understand, manage, and test disaster recovery plans
- Manage multiple server environments, configurations and associated change including development, stage and production
- Develop and maintain Teamcenter workflows, overall workflow design and handlers

**EDUCATION/LANGUAGE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Or equivalent work experience
- Fluent in English

**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**
- Experience on Teamcenter Application maintenance, configurations and administration on versions v12.x or above
- Hands on experience on Teamcenter patches/ upgrades on large scale enterprise-wide users
- Preferred experience with Teamcenter CAD integrations: NX Manager, Teamcenter Integration for Solid Edge, Teamcenter Integration for Pro/Engineer, Ideas Manager, Solid Works
- Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Siemens PLM Teamcenter Development experience on client and Server side (optional, but value added)
- Programming skills in C, C++, C#,.Net, Java, Perl, Python, PLM XML and working experience of XML, JavaScript and HTML, (For Web Client Coding)
- Knowledge & Skill in Web technologies - SOA, Web Services, Web/App Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss)
- Knowledge in writing queries in Oracle & MySQL
