**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Utilize methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- **UI Design**: Create visually appealing and functional UI designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience.
- **UX Design**: Design user flows, navigation structures, and interactions to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing, to integrate feedback and ensure design feasibility.
- **User Testing**: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.
- **Design Standards**: Maintain and develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to our projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX design projects.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- **Collaboration**: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion design and/or animation.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zeplin or InVision.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
