Research Associate

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**

**Research -**

**1**

Conduct individual and collaborative research projects. Take a lead in the implementation and execution of the project.

**2**

Writing up results of research and contributing to publishing of results in high
- quality peer-reviewed academic literature.

**3**

Continually update knowledge and understanding in field or specialism to inform research activity.

**4**

Disseminating results of research projects e.g. by presentations at conferences.

**5**

Assists in Organizing a conference / seminars / FDP’s

**6**

Assist with the supervision of graduate students and undergraduate students to write and publish research papers.

**7**

Identifies national and international grants, collects relevant documents and data, keeps track of submission deadlines

**8**

Monitors progress of research papers, projects and coordinates information - Intra department and Inter departments.

**9**

Disseminate knowledge of research advances to inform departmental teaching effort.

Responsible for all departmental documentation related to the Course files, research data etcas per accreditation guidelines of NBA & AACSB

Demonstrated significant depth and breadth of

specialist knowledge in the particular discipline.

Demonstrated awareness of latest developments in the areas of specialization

Demonstrated potential to publish in high quality, peer reviewed journals.

Ability to independently teach PG Students.

Awareness of documentation related to accreditation like NBA/ AACSB
