Job Summary:
The Laparoscopy Nurse provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing laparoscopic surgical procedures. This role involves patient assessment, pre-operative preparation, assisting in surgery, and post-operative care, ensuring a high standard of care throughout the surgical process.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Care**:

- Conduct pre-operative assessments, including obtaining medical history and conducting physical exams.
- Educate patients and families about the laparoscopic procedure, recovery process, and potential risks.
- Administer medications, including sedatives and pain management, as prescribed.
- Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to provide support during laparoscopic procedures.
- Prepare the operating room, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
- Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery, reporting any changes to the surgical team.
- Provide post-operative care, including assessing recovery and managing pain and complications.
- Educate patients on post-operative care, wound management, and signs of complications.
- Document all care provided and update patient records accordingly.

**Infection Control**:

- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe surgical environment.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives related to surgical care.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
