**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
- Manage data entry, documentation, and file management (physical & digital).
- Handle communication with internal departments and external vendors/customers.
- Operate and maintain internal business portals (ERP/CRM systems, vendor portals, etc.).
- Regularly update records in company portals related to sales, purchase, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and other operational data as required.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics, and HR teams for smooth operations.
- Track pending tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely closure of open items.
- Support in onboarding vendors/customers onto portals when needed.
- Identify and escalate operational issues to the management when necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
