**Role: Marketing Executive - Creative, IITM Research Park**

Position Summary: As a Marketing Executive - Creative at IITM Research Park, you will support the marketing team in executing a range of creative marketing initiatives. This role requires a versatile individual with a passion for design, along with a willingness to contribute to all aspects of the marketing function, including content creation, events, and social media.

Experience**:2-3** **years** (Freshers are also welcome to apply)

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Communications, Marketing or a related field

Skillset required:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Understanding and experience in UI/UX is a bonus.Understanding of content creation for marketing.

Job Description:Design Support: Create visually engaging content for digital and print media, such as brochures, banners, social media posts, presentations, and event materials. Additionally assist in designing web pages and optimizing the website user experience.Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, strategize and execute creative campaigns that align with the brand’s strategy and objectives.Social media: Assist in designing content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional activities.Events: Provide creative support for events, signature initiatives & community engagementsStartup Support: Extend marketing and design assistance to startups within the IITM Research Park ecosystem, helping them with their branding and promotional materials.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
