We are looking for the The Visa counselor who is responsible for helping individuals who are internationally relocating. Their main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation.The process involves counseling the students for overseas education; Follow-up with the student, solving the student queries and handling the registrations. We are looking for counselor to guide clients with all the procedures and processes. Preferably, one should have experience of 1-3 years in study visa of UK or Australia. Visa counselor should be presentable and must have good command on language

**Responsibilities**

Answering calls and resolving queries about product or company

Noticing significant subtleties of every discussion

Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to our Sales group for closing.

Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.

Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.

Posting questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales

Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.

**▶ Qualifications**

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role

High school diploma;/BA will be added advantage

Ability to switch communication styles

Excellent knowledge of Communication Skills.

Verbal communication.

**Experience Required**:
Min Experience of 2-5 years in visa department, should have good communication skill and fluent in English

Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
