Presales Executive

**Position description**:
- Reach out to prospective customers basis the customer inquiries- Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Prospects- Ability to understand client requirements and map them to our product(s)- Good written and verbal communication- A hands-on person that strives to meet deadlines and expectations- Ability to educate the customer about 91springboard- Ability to collate requirements post the call with the customer- Good working knowledge about the coworking industry would be an added advantage.- Schedule the detailed call with our sales team through internal tools- Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recording details of comments, inquiries & complaints.- Contributing to the marketing team’s strategy by inputs and feedback- CRM skill set- Working closely with the Inside Sales team for a smooth transition

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication).
- 0-2 years of successful presales experience in IT, Telecom, software industry.
