**HR Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling interviews, following up with them and sending feedback to the manager.
- Daily and weekly Follow up, Maintaining Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintaining own database.
- Maintain, offer tracker and interview tracker.

**Operation (Shall be trained)**
- On-Boarding, Induction & Training
- Leave Management, Attendance & Payroll Assistance
- Quarterly Reviews, Counselling & Employee Appraisals
- Employee Engagement & Personal Record Management
- Handling Interpersonal & Departmental Disputes
- Employee Retention, Exit Interviews & formalities
- Form & Govern Organization Rules, Regulations & Policies

**Mandatory skills**:

- Good communication skills (writing and speaking English).
- Understanding of Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PPT Good Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Smart communicator and quick learner Individual should be Passionate about adapting to new things.

Education: - Graduate/MBA-PGDM
