**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design and create visually engaging graphics for various digital and print materials (e.g., social media posts, banners, brochures, logos, presentations, etc.).
- Develop branding and visual identities for clients, ensuring design consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design aligns with client goals and branding guidelines.
- Retouch photos, create vector illustrations, and prepare graphics for both digital and print formats.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and project requirements within set deadlines.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, and ads.
- Combine graphics, animation, and video footage to create engaging and informative content.
- Add visual effects, transitions, and sound to videos to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with clients and the creative team to create videos that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all videos are edited to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in style and quality.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs and video content on time.
- Work closely with other team members, including copywriters, marketers, and web developers, to ensure designs and videos are aligned with overall strategies.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative projects and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and video content (both static and motion).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design/video editing tools.
- Experience in creating and editing videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital ads.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- A creative and versatile mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute designs and video content across different formats.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand and implement client feedback.
- A degree/diploma/certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
