- Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions, handling returns and exchanges, and resolving complaints.
- Maintaining the Checkout Area: Keeping the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handling Cash and Inventory: Balancing cash drawers, potentially assisting with inventory management like restocking shelves.
- Following Procedures: Adhering to company policies regarding payments, returns, and other procedures.
- Promoting Customer Loyalty: Explaining and processing customer loyalty programs.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with customers and other team members..
- **Requirements**:

- Should be ready to work 12 hours
- Known Languages - Telugu, Hindi, English
- Education - Graduate
- Industry - Retail especially from Furnishings,Furniture sector
- Experience - 3 yrs min
- Billing software-FOCUS,ERP,POS

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
