Job Brief

Leegality has a Template arm. Templates are digitized documents built on HTML wherein data can be filled using the fields making it easier for our clients to execute the same with low TAT. Here we create the digitized document for the client agreement on our platform.

A person with keen attention to detail and Diligence is required to create the templates as we’ve to create the documents which should be an exact copy of the document shared by the clients. Any changes may pertain to loss on longer terms.

We want to scale up 100 times of our current volumes and revenue in 5 years. For us to be successful in this mission - we need your help

We are looking for people who see challenges as opportunities & not obstructions. People who possess ruthless problem-solving skills & a no-excuses attitude.

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for a Document drafting and data entry executive
- Experience in Document drafting/typing
- Exposure of Data Entry
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Basic formatting knowledge in MS word or similar softwares
- To join Leegality’s template operations team.
- To adhere to client commitments for Template drafting requirements and learn Leegality’s template engine software.

Skillset required:

- Must have experience with MS word and data entry.
- A good listener and sharp to incorporate feedback from customers and avoid multiple back & forths and provide a faster TAT for the final draft
- Confident and ready to share feedback for process improvement.

Recruitment Process:

- **A Contractual role for 6 months.**
- Please answer all questions in the assessment thoroughly.
- You will be shortlisted based on your profile and answers to the job - based assessment.
- On being shortlisted, you would be contacted for the interview process.
- We further have 3 rounds of interviews.
- Your final CTC would be decided on the basis of your skills, experience and final assessment.
