The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to maintain a smooth and professional environment. **Key Responsibilities:Customer Service**: - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Address inquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel. - Handle complaints or escalate them to the concerned authority for resolution. **Reception Area Management**: - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area. - Ensure all materials like brochures, magazines, and company forms are up-to-date and available. **Administrative Support**: - Manage incoming and outgoing calls on a multi-line phone system. - Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings. - Receive and distribute mail and packages. - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory for the front desk area. **Record Management**: - Keep accurate records of visitors through a visitor log or digital system. - Manage and update the contact directory and client database as needed. **Security and Access Control**: - Verify visitor identification and issue visitor passes when necessary. - Notify appropriate personnel about visitor arrivals. **Key Skills and Qualifications**: - **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree (Any). - **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role is a plus. - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with phone systems and CRM software. - **Soft Skills**: - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - High level of professionalism and discretion. - Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus
