Job Title: Telesales Executive (USA Shift)

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Telesales Agents for our USA shift. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers in the United States. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, close deals, and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers in the United States
- Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue objectives through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Build rapport and establish relationships: Develop a positive and professional relationship with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication.
- Close sales and generate leads: Utilize persuasive selling techniques, overcome objections, and close deals to convert prospects into customers. Additionally, generate sales leads for future follow-ups.
- Document and update sales activities: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company's CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge: Continuously educate yourself on our products/services, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively address customer queries and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the sales team: Coordinate with team members, sales managers, and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and contribute to overall sales effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with the USA market and sales practices
- Flexibility to work in a USA shift schedule (night shifts)
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and resilient
- Strong organizational and time management skills

JOB TIMING: - Night Shift - 06:30 PM - 04:30 AM

SALARY: 12,000- 25,000/-per month

Language: English (preferred)
