**Through these coins, the user can claim exciting rewards facilitated by the creators themselves.**

**Those who believe in the power of the internet, are self-starters, their first instinct is to find solutions and stay out of their comfort zone. They are not afraid to make mistakes, When in doubt, they ask or research ie. gather more data and then reanalyse. Their sole intent is to find and implement solutions to business problems.**

**Shortlisting Criteria**
**Step 1 - Introductory Video - please record a short video, saying a little Hi to us and telling us a bit about yourself. This video can be casual, however please ensure proper lighting and good volume**
**These are some of the things you can talk about in the video: -**
- **Tell us about yourself in brief and walk us through your profile/CV**
- **If you have a real life example of how you were able to solve a problem in any business setup or if you were able to improve any existing process with your ideas and research, please share that.**
- **What are some of your achievements that you are really proud of?**
- **Tell us about a time when you failed at something and how you overcame it**

**Step 2 - Assignment - You will be asked to find solutions to any of the current challenges we are working on at the company and present it to a panel of interviewers via ppt, video, demo - the medium is left to your discretion. Details will be shared once initial round of screening is cleared**
