**Shortlisting Criteria**
**Step 1 - Introductory Video - please record a short video, saying a little Hi to us and telling us a bit about yourself. This video can be casual, however please ensure proper lighting and good volume**

**Step 2 - Assignment - You will be asked to find solutions to any of the current challenges we are working on at the company and present it to a panel of interviewers via ppt, video, demo - the medium is left to your discretion. Details will be shared once initial round of screening is cleared**
