**Job Role: Ecommerce Operations Executive**

**About the Role**:
An Ecommerce Operations Executive you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an online & offline FMCG business, ensuring all ecommerce and quick commerce processes run smoothly, including inventory management, order fulfilment, shipping logistics, reconciliation and data analysis.

Indic Wisdom sells products across all leading online grocery platforms like Amazon, ZEPTO, SWIGGY, BLINKIT, Flipkart Minutes, Big Basket etc. They also have a strong presence in GT & MT selling through 1200+ offline stores in Mumbai, Pune, Lucknow and through 120+ Reliance Retail Outlets.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
An Ecommerce Operations Executive is responsible for the below tasks:

- Inventory Management:
Demand planning, monitor stock levels and coordinate with plant & restocking to prevent stockouts

and optimize inventory levels.
- Order Processing:
Efficiently process orders on time from all Marketplaces (POs) as well as customer orders, including

payment verification, order fulfilment, and shipping coordination.
- Logistics Management:
Evaluate, review, negotiate arrangements with 3PL. Collaborate with them to ensure timely delivery,

manage returns process, and optimize shipping costs.
- Customer Service:
Handle vendor & customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer & Vendor feedback to

maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Data Analysis:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like Logistic efficiency & optimization, Fill Rate ratio and

improvement & RTV ratio in order to improve on these KPIs and also generate profit.
- Process Improvement:
Identify and implement operational efficiencies to streamline workflows and reduce costs. Evaluate

and Implement WMS, OMS
- Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers
- Compliance:
Ensure adherence to relevant rules & regulations regarding Logistics & Inventory management.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, inventory management systems, and

reporting tools
- Project Management: Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with

attention to detail
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions

**Relevant Experience**:
3-4 Years Industry experience as an Operations Executive preferably in Ecommerce or quick commerce or FMCG.
- Previous experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management
- Familiarity with online retail platforms like Amazon, Quick COMM, ERP systems etc.
- Proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and improving customer experience

**Education Qualification**:

- Graduate in any stream.
- Post Graduation degree or certification in SCM or Logistics & operations is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with online retail platforms like Amazon, Quick COMM, ERP systems etc.

**Work Location**:
Kandivali Mumbai, Head Office

**Work Timings**

10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹10,008.30 - ₹34,826.53 per month
