Global Employer Brand and Attraction Coordinator

Who you will work with
You will work closely with the Global Employer Brand and Attraction Manager and the global recruitment network leads.
What you will be responsible for
You will take lead on showcasing Clifford Chance as the employer of choice via social media and be an ambassador for employer brand content and stories on our career platforms.
You will provide copy writing and proof-reading support for our global offices careers content and generating innovative ideas to support their recruitment initiatives online.
What you will do
- Clifford Chance Employer Brand_
Content creation and support for social media career platforms.- Monitoring and updating a number of online platforms, such as Glassdoor/Indeed to ensure that our brand presence on these sites is consistent and showcases the best of our employer brand.- Ensuring that all recruitment marketing showcases Clifford Chance as an inclusive employer of choice globally.- Assisting with generating content for Employer Brand toolkits for recruiters (organising and maintaining image galleries/sub brand guidelines).
- Social media activity_- Social media content generation, such as copy and caption writing, connecting with offices globally to plan and develop campaigns.- Undertaking a review of current social media output and making recommendations.- Supporting with the creation of marketing plans and content calendars.- Measuring and repurposing content to maximize exposure.
- Research and review_- Regular competitor research of careers related marketing on a range of online platforms and social media.- Competitor research of careers related marketing on a range of online platforms and social media, the output of which will be a presentation on findings.- Monitoring performance of our key digital channels (podcast/social/Glassdoor/Indeed/LinkedIn Career Posts).- Reviewing and researching creative approaches in the market that will impact and improve the reach and engagement of our employer brand and align us with competitors in the market.- Checking consistency of marketing content and message across the regions, the output of which will be a presentation on findings.
- Process documentation and review_- Creation of a library of resources including tip sheets, guides, copy, photography for use around the recruitment network with the aim of ensuring offices are well equipped to generate their own on-brand content.- Support on transition of new content management systems and microsite content for new workflows.- Documentation of processes for global offices - including recommendation on process improvements and standard process documentation.
Your career experience so far
You will have a strong passion and understanding of corporate brands in the market and a keen interest in the evolving developments within social media and how to maximise brand awareness on platforms to reach our target demographic.
- Skills_- You will have strong copy writing, proof reading and content creation skills. A flair for creative writing and storytelling would be advantageous.- You will have flexible and effective written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.- You will have strong relationship building skills.- You will be results driven and self-motivated.- You will be highly organised and coordinated, with the ability to juggle multiple work streams and deal with competing deadlines.- You will be confident in learning and using new systems and technology.
- Experience_
Ideally, you will have previous Employer Branding/Marketing experience, but this is not essential.
