We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Managing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Managing Intern, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing engaging social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for executing practical tasks to achieve our social media marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation and Curation:
Create compelling and visually appealing social media content (including images, videos, and reels) aligned with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Curate relevant and shareable content from reputable sources to supplement our content calendar.
- Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) on a daily basis. Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with followers to foster a sense of community.
- Social Media Advertising:
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Twitter Ads to reach our target audience and drive conversions.
Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics.
- Influencer Marketing:
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and micro-influencers to promote our brand and products.
Track influencer campaigns' effectiveness and analyze their impact on brand reach and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Community Management:
Foster a positive and engaging online community by actively participating in conversations, addressing customer queries, and managing any potential issues in a timely manner.

Cross-functional Teams:
Coordinate with the content team, design team, and other marketing stakeholders to align social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in social media marketing with a track record of successful campaigns and growth.

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong creative and design skills to develop visually appealing content.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
