Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**Global Financial Strategy**: Develop and execute effective financial strategies that align with the company's international expansion goals. Analyze global market trends, currency fluctuations, and economic indicators to make informed financial decisions.

**Foreign Exchange Management**: Monitor currency exchange rates and implement strategies to mitigate foreign exchange risks. Collaborate with relevant teams to manage currency exposure and ensure optimal conversion rates for international transactions.

**International Taxation**: Stay up-to-date with international tax laws and regulations. Provide guidance on tax implications for cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and international tax planning. Ensure compliance with local tax requirements in various jurisdictions.

**Cross-Border Transactions**: Oversee and facilitate cross-border financial transactions, including fund transfers, intercompany transactions, and hedging strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient international financial operations.

**Financial Reporting**: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for international operations. Provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making and meet reporting obligations in various countries.

**Risk Management**: Identify and assess financial risks associated with international operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial interests.

**Liaison with International Partners**: Build and maintain strong relationships with international financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and business partners. Negotiate terms for financial services, credit facilities, and international contracts.

**Compliance and Regulatory Oversight**: Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate compliance risks.

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals responsible for international financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and business development, to drive international business initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in international finance, treasury, or a similar role within a multinational corporation or financial institution.
- In-depth knowledge of international financial markets, foreign exchange, cross-border transactions, and international taxation.
- Strong understanding of global financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial growth and optimize international financial operations.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team.
