**Brand identity designer**

**Job Summary**:Backstage Creative Hub is looking for Branding Designers with boundless creativity and endless curiosity who has the passion and determination to turn ideas and visualizations into finished products, the ability to create visual concepts, use computer software, use strategy to create the elements of the brand and to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Responsible for visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos as per the requirements.

**Roles**

Ø Design or redesign a strategy-based brand identity system identity for a product, service, or organization

Ø Plan the concepts by studying relevant information and materials and prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Ø Understanding the business, the client brief, and the client’s objectives.

Ø Implementing creative execution during the design stages.

Taking responsibility for owning, shaping, and developing brand design projects.

Being an expert in setting extensive brand guidelines.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
Ø A natural talent for creative thinking.

Ø Bachelor's degree/ Diploma courses related to Graphic designing

Ø 5 plus years of experience

Ø Flexible with working hours to deal with overseas clients.

Ø Software knowledge, Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office, Layout, montage and die-cuts drawing.
