We are looking for academic writers with the below requirements.

Company Name: Impact Solutions

Location: Work from home, hence no specific location requirement

Vacancy and Shift Timing
- Shift Time - 10 AM to 6 PM (Day shift) and 4PM to 12 AM (Evening Shift)

Core Project Management - 3 (Day shift)

Economics - 2 (Day shift)

Finance - 2 (Day shift)

Statistics - 2 (Day shift)

IT with programming knowledge - 3 (Day shift)

Marketing/Management/Sociology/psychology/Nursing - 4 ( 2 for day shift and 2 for evening shift)

Specific Requirements: Power Backup, High Speed Internet and Personal Computer, these are mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 3 year experience is required with proper documentation from previous organisation

We are open to recruit freshers with the right attitude and skills.

Salary range: Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 28,000 per month depending upon experience, qualification, and performance in tests. Other benefits such as performance incentives will be paid to high performers.

Salary increment: Between 10% to 25% for experienced writers in their last CTC

Daily workload: 3000-3500 words. 2 Alternative Friday off And All Saturday Closed for evening shift and 2 Alternative Saturday off And All Sunday Closed for Day Shift.

Incentive: For Day shift Over and Above of 70 thousand words and for evening shift 65 thousand per month will be incentivised at 0.6 ppw (60 paisa per word)

Apart from above work requirements, we also offer additional work in the form of freelancing opportunities at a rate of 60ppw (paise per word). We shall keep two separate trackers for office work and freelancing work. However, freelancing opportunities are only available to those writers who work with us as fulltime writers. The process for this opportunity will be discussed in detail at the time of interview/shortlisting.

Leaves: 10 sick leaves per year (paid).

**Benefits**:
Health Insurance: Rs. 3 Lakh Health Insurance Cover (Company Paid so writers need not to pay anything, but would be inducted after completion of 3 months mandatory probation period).

Mobile and Internet bill reimbursement: Rs. 800 fixed per month.

PF and Salary Account - After completing probation PF will be added and salary account will be opened with our partner bank.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
