The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities at construction sites or other project locations. The role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards. The Site Supervisor acts as a liaison between the project management team and on-site workers, ensuring effective communication and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including workforce, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets the required standards.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
- Serve as the main point of contact between site workers and project management.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to the Project Manage
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, timesheets, and progress reports.
- Ensure efficient use of labour, materials, and equipment.
- Order and manage materials and supplies as needed.
- Monitor and control site expenditures to stay within budget.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
