**Portfolio Control Coordinator**

As the Portfolio Coordinator you will support the financial planning, monitoring, administration and reporting of the Enterprise IT Services as part of the Portfolio Control Team within Enterprise IT Services.

The Enterprise IT Services team supports all Aptiv business functions including Manufacturing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Legal and Marketing Communications functions. IT programs and IT-enabled business transformation initiatives may comprehend one or more of these functions.

**Your Role**
- Portfolio financial administration updating project and portfolio budget, planned and actual financial data
- Portfolio demand and delivery reporting both from IT systems and building reports on Tableau/Qlickview/PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint
- Conduct regular reviews with Project Managers to update their project financials and project data
- Administer project budget transfers from corporate to regions/countries as needed
- Support month end financial accrual and closure
- Ensure portfolio financials are up to date and accurate
- Ensure that project financial closure is completed, liaising with suppliers, finance, accounts payable and the project/programme manager as needed.
- Support and contribute to Portfolio improvement initiatives as needed.

**Your Background**
- Degree and/or postgraduate degree in finance or information technology or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in project/PMO/portfolio administration or coordination
- Excellent written and oral English
- Experience in working in a large scale multi-national global organization
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent financial and numerical skills
- Experience in project and portfolio reporting and visualization
- Good experience with Powerpoint, Excel and data visualization tools e.g. Power BI/Tableau
- Project management qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience with Planview is an advantage.
