**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality, gemstones, and making charges.
- Ensure proper product display and stock arrangement in the showroom.
- Handle billing, packaging, and after-sales service.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Keep updated with current jewellery trends and new collections.
- Follow company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and exchange.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the display counters.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum **12th pass / Graduate** (preferably in Commerce or Business).
- **1-3 years of experience** in jewellery or luxury retail sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
- Basic computer and billing knowledge (POS system).
- Fluency in **Hindi and English** (knowledge of local language preferred).
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
