**Role Overview**: As a Counter Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our courier office. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling transactions, and ensuring smooth operations at the counter. Your role will involve assisting customers with their courier needs, processing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with their courier and shipping inquiries.
- Process shipments and deliveries efficiently using our internal systems.
- Handle transactions, including cash and card payments, and provide receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic arithmetic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
