**Responsibilities**:

- Interface with multiple stakeholder groups to document & prioritize the requirements
- Create detailed & high-quality requirement artefacts for the changes
- Interface with internal development and testing teams to effective communicate, liaise & collaborate towards the project deliveries
- Ability to create data flow diagrams

**Required**:

- 8+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
- In-depth understanding of banking products & processes including Deposits, Core Banking, Payments, Lending
- Thorough Knowledge on Payment and Banking Domain. Good Experience on Payment Lifecycle, knowledge of various payment markets and payment types CHIPS, CHAPS, FedWire, RTGS, GIRO, NACHA, ACH etc.
- Knowledge of Payment FMI like SEPA, SWIFT, ISO
- Strong analysis skills
- Well versed with BA requirement gathering techniques
- Proven interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify the project risks and managing them effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
