**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop **conceptual designs**, blueprints, and construction plans for residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
- Work closely with **engineers and other stakeholders** to understand project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with **building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations**.
- Utilize **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software** to create accurate architectural drawings and 3D models.
- **Assess project progress and resolve design issues**.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the architectural industry.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Architecture.
- **Knowledge in design software** like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong **understanding of structural principles, construction methods, and building materials**.
- Excellent **communication and project management skills**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of **BIM (Building Information Modeling)** technology.
- Familiarity with **local construction regulations**.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
