**What success looks like in this role**:

- Provides Network Operations support for small / medium projects.
- Develops system requirements, including process flows and use cases.
- Works with technical colleagues to ensure all requirements are addressed in solution design.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support end-users by resolving network-related incidents and service requests.
- Perform routine checks, patch updates, and preventive maintenance of networking equipment.
- Assist in implementing network security measures (firewalls, VPN, access controls).
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
- Participate in on-call or shift-based support 24X7.
- Develops positive working relationships with relevant teams, vendors and other relevant stakeholders
- Assists with special projects as assigned.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
