**Junior UX Designer(Fresher/Entry-Level)**

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the team in conducting **user research** (qualitative and quantitative) including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create and maintain **structured documentation** such as research reports, journey maps, personas, and design specifications.
- Assist in defining **user flows, wireframes**, and **interaction patterns.**:

- Contribute to **design systems in Figma**, ensuring consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to transform insights into intuitive designs.
- Stay updated with **emerging UX trends, tools, and UI patterns.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Degree in **Design, HCI, Psychology**, **or related field** (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of **UX processes**(user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing).
- Good command of **documentation and reporting** skills.
- Knowledge of **qualitative and quantitative** **research methodologies.**:

- Fair understanding of **UI patterns** and modern design frameworks.
- Familiarity with **Figma** and **design systems.**:

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio (academic or project-based) showcasing **UX work** and **thought process**.

**Good To Have**
- Exposure to real-world projects, internships, or capstone projects in UX/UI design.
- Awareness of front-end basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Interest in data-driven design decisions and usability analytics.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
