**Receptionist - Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries; sort and distribute them appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Support other departments with day-to-day administrative needs
- Follow security procedures and monitor access control (maintain visitor logs, issue badges)
**Requirements & Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and helpful attitude
- High school diploma required; a certification in Office Management or a related field is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
