Opening for **Stores In charge** required For a Manufacturing Industry
- Track & Monitor all inventory (RM, WIP, FG)
- Co-ordinate & Issue material based on the requisition slip issued from production
- Prepare & raise purchase indents
- Evaluate the suppliers based on supplier rating system
- Collect & document parallel quote
- Receive & verify inward materials
- Ensure GRN for inward goods
- Track & Monitor all outsourced materials
- Pack & dispatch hardware materials as per WO
- Ensure safety stock for all products are maintained
- Maintaining incoming Raw material and issue to production as required.
- Issues and Forwarded Subcontracted Materials to the assigned vendors.
- Ensure on time GRN will be done in System and management of Returnable goods
- Accountable for integrity of stocked Materials.
- Monitor & execute Perpetual Inventory.
- Confirm packaging is done as per WO
- Coordination with accounts team for billing/DC preparation
