**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct 30-hour training sessions for government school and government - aided school teachers per week.
- Take ownership of training initiatives and provide guidance to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

**Qualifications**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Strong pedagogical knowledge and a deep understanding of learning principles.
- Proven project management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and extensively across Punjab.

**Languages**:English/ Hindi/Regional Language.

**Contract Details**:

- Job Type: _Freelance
- Duration: Till 31st March, 2026_
- Remuneration:_ Rs. 1,500 per hour
- Shift:_ Day Shift
- Working Days:_ Monday to Friday
- Work Location:_ In Person

Note: This position might require the trainer to travel within Punjab for various training projects.

Contract length: 6 months
