Route Trainer

*Must be Postgraduate/Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.

*Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.

*Conduct appropriate on the job training sessions.

*Plan and implement an effective training program. Preparing training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.

*Providing product training to the sales executives.

*Freshers with sound technical knowledge can also be considered.

*Experience in telecom industry will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹19,750.00 - ₹20,810.00 per month
