**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and branding purposes.
- Design creatives for campaigns, infographics, presentations, brochures, and other promotional content.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and develop the visual identity of the company.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.
- **Content Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the content, marketing, and social media teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to gather design briefs and ensure project objectives are met.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Prepare final layouts for print and digital platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Revise and improve designs based on feedback.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Canva, CorelDRAW, or other graphic design tools (optional).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- **Creativity**: Proven ability to generate innovative and engaging designs.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.
