We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Your artistic flair, attention to detail, and ability to transform ideas into visually stunning artworks will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence and engaging our target audience.

Mandatory:

- 1 year experience in graphic designing.
- Immediate Joiner.
- Good communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project briefs and translate their requirements into effective design solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, incorporating innovative ideas into your work to maintain a fresh and modern look.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design outputs.
- Create eye-catching illustrations and infographics that communicate complex ideas in a clear and accessible manner.
- Produce compelling visuals for product packaging, ensuring that the design conveys the product's key features and benefits.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns and overall brand messaging.
- Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters and web developers, to ensure design elements integrate seamlessly into various projects.
- Adapt and modify existing designs for different platforms, maintaining visual integrity while adhering to specific technical requirements.
- Assist in the editing and retouching of images to enhance their quality and consistency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong knowledge of current design trends and techniques, including responsive design principles for digital assets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective communication skills to present and discuss design ideas with team members and stakeholders.
- Understanding of marketing and branding principles, ensuring designs align with the company's overall objectives.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus but not mandatory.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with an openness to constructive feedback to continuously improve designs.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
