**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Sales**:

- Call new prospects generated from social media, marketing campaigns, and other promotions.
- Explain our sports training programs and offers to potential customers and encourage enrollment.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations.

**School Coordination**:

- Liaise with partner schools to communicate program details, schedules, and updates.
- Assist in coordinating student participation in sports events and competitions.

**Fee Collection & Customer Follow-ups**:

- Contact existing clients for **fee reminders and collections**.
- Provide payment assistance and resolve any billing queries.

**Event & Information Sharing**:

- Inform parents and clients about upcoming sports events, tournaments, and training schedules.
- Handle inquiries related to our programs and promotions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
✔ Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
✔ Ability to multitask and maintain client records efficiently
✔ Basic knowledge of sports or a passion for sports is an advantage
✔ Proficiency in English and local languages preferred
