**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective math lessons for assigned grade levels (middle/high school).
- Use diverse instructional strategies to cater to different learning styles.
- Assess students' progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and exams.
- Provide individualized support to students, addressing their learning needs and challenges.
- Create a positive, structured, and productive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and professional development programs.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about students' performance.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in math instruction.
- Prepare students for internal and external assessments, ensuring their academic readiness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Education (with a focus on Mathematics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching mathematics.
- In-depth knowledge of math curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in technology for teaching, including online tools and educational software.
- Enthusiasm for fostering a love for mathematics among students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with differentiated instruction and innovative teaching strategies.
- Familiarity with modern teaching techniques like blended learning or flipped classrooms.
- Prior experience in mentoring students for competitive exams or math contests.
