Controls strategy Products associate

**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Summary**:
Strategic Products team will be instrumental in delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives with senior. leadership visibility. You will be an integral component of the global team which provides oversight and thought leadership of Controls Management agenda. This role will provide the opportunity to use, and continue to develop, your analytical, communication, and problem solving skills. The role will help you to develop your understanding of the business through the controls agenda.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn the key aspects of how a Controls Function work along within a bank.
- Develop innovative solutions catering to various Control Management needs in terms of process automation, productivity tools etc. using Low code automation solutions like Unqork, UiPath and also programming languages such as Python etc.
- Perform process reviews to identify process improvements & associated automation opportunities
- Develop Deploy & manage Automation solutions, Deliver efficiencies, identify & implement new solution that can help manage risks & controls associated to Business processes
- Identify, assess, advise, and drive strategic solutions to increase efficiency and create a more resilient operating environment
- Collaborate with senior business partners across functional areas, Technology Partners, Finance Partners and geographies
- Design and implement workflows using Python & Low code automation solutions like Unqork, RPA solutions like UiPath etc.
- Develop User Interface using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Provide technical guidance and support for the development and troubleshooting of workflows
- Follow all the coding standards & SDLC requirements

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Develop critical thinking and problem solving skills, including effective identification, escalation, and solution implementation
- Enhance collaboration skills with an opportunity to work with individuals around the globe
- Develop strong data and analytical skills & Process Automation skills
- Learn some of the prominent Data and Analytical tools + Solution / Utility builds (e.g., Python, Unqork, HTML Alteryx, Tableau, AWS S3, Snowflake)
- Enhanced risk management for projects i.e. ability to identify and highlight potential risks associated with tasks / deliverables; and develop mitigation plans / controls
- Develop strong analysis, issue management, improvement, and implementation skills
