**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation Support**:

- Assist chefs in prepping ingredients for dishes, including chopping vegetables, preparing garnishes, and cleaning and peeling produce.
- Help in organizing and storing ingredients and supplies for easy access during meal preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of stocks, sauces, dressings, and other basic ingredients as directed by the chefs.
- **Kitchen Organization and Maintenance**:

- Ensure that all kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the kitchen, including countertops, storage areas, and prep stations.
- Clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashing areas as required.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper storage of food.
- **Dishwashing and Cleaning**:

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and other kitchen equipment to ensure they are clean and sanitized.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen after each shift, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning countertops, and organizing waste disposal.
- Ensure all cleaning products and chemicals are used in accordance with safety protocols.
- **Assisting with Inventory**:

- Help with the receiving and storing of deliveries and ingredients, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and storage.
- Assist in inventory tracking and keeping records of supplies to ensure there is no shortage of essential items.
- **Supporting Other Kitchen Staff**:

- Assist chefs and other kitchen personnel in various tasks as directed, including portioning ingredients and setting up the kitchen for service.
- Assist with plating or garnishing dishes under the supervision of the chefs when necessary.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure that service runs smoothly.
- **Food Safety and Hygiene**:

- Follow all food safety standards, including proper handling and storage of food, maintaining temperature control, and ensuring a sanitary environment.
- Adhere to personal hygiene and uniform standards to maintain professionalism and health safety.
- **Waste Management**:

- Properly dispose of waste, including food scraps and packaging, in accordance with restaurant policies.
- Assist in reducing waste by following proper portion control and handling food with care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
