We are seeking a dedicated and organized office administrator to join our team. As the backbone of our office, you will play a crucial role in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations.
**JOB ROLE**:OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - FEMALE**
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare and manage quotations for services or products.
- Conduct telecalling activities to engage with clients and prospective customers.
- Build and manintain positive customer relations through effective communication.
- Handle client inquiries and provide deatil oriented informations.
- Preapare and submit daily work reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-2 Year of experience
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Attention to details
- Excellent communication
**QUALIFICATION**
- Graduate
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
