Admin for Atlassian Suite (5+ Years Exp)

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Jira/Confluence/Other Atlassian products such as JSM, Jira Product Discovery Administrator with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic IT team. The role involves administering, configuring, and maintaining our Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian product instances. The primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of these tools, as well as providing support and training to users.

**Responsibilities**
- Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, JSM and Jira Product Discovery instances, including user management, permissions, and workflows.
- Configure and customize Jira, Confluence, JSM and Jira Product Discovery to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new features and functionalities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira, Confluence, JSM and Jira Product Discovery users.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to educate users on best practices and efficient use of Jira, Confluence, JSM and Jira Product Discovery.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current with the latest Jira, Confluence, JSM and Jira Product Discovery features and enhancements, and recommend upgrades or changes as needed.
- Work with other administrators and stakeholders to ensure integration and compatibility with different tools and systems.
- Willingness to cross-train and learn the administrative tasks for the other IT Tools suite such as AHA, Clarizen, Control-M, Smartsheet, GitHub, CICD Tools set etc.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Jira Product Discovery Administrator.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Jira Product Discovery administration, including user management, permissions, and workflows.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with development, including JQL, REST APIs, Shell scripting and Python.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with Jira and Confluence plugins and add-ons.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in configuring and customizing Jira and Confluence to meet specific business requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide training and support to users with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Knowledge of administration of Tools such as AHA, Clarizen, Control-M, Smartsheet, GitHub, CICD Tools set is a plus.
- Certification in Jira and Confluence administration is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in Jira/Confluence administration (e.g., Atlassian Certified Administrator)
- 5+ years’ experience
- Bachelor's preferred
- Industry certification preferred.
