**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counselling to students and parents on overseas education options.
- Assist students in shortlisting universities and programs based on their academic background, career goals, and financial constraints.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in international education, visa regulations, and university admission processes.
- Conduct webinars, seminars, and in-house workshops for student engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and education providers.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and improve conversion rates.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / Master’s in Education, Counselling, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in student counselling for overseas education.
- Strong knowledge of admission and visa processes for major study-abroad destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools for student management.
- Passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in career counselling or student advising is an advantage.
- Previous experience working with international universities or education fairs.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

**Education**:Bachelor's degree / Master’s in Education, Counselling, Management, or related fields.

**Experience**: 3+ Years

**Time**: 10 am to 6pm

**Salary**: Starting ₹1,00,000
