Account Executive

**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Department**: Finance & Accounts
**Reporting To**: Accounts Head
**Experience**: 2-4 years (adjust as needed)
**Education**: B.Com / M.Com

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Accounting & Bookkeeping**
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally / ERP system
- Record day-to-day financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and handle petty cash
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements

**Taxation & Compliance**
- **Income Tax (IT)**:

- Assist in preparation of income tax returns for the company and individuals
- Handle advance tax computation and payment
- Liaise with consultants/auditors for scrutiny assessments and notices
- **TDS**:

- Deduct and deposit TDS on time as per applicable sections
- File TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) quarterly
- Generate and issue TDS certificates (Form 16 / 16A)
- **GST**:

- File monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
- Reconcile GST input tax credit with GSTR-2B
- Handle e-invoicing and e-way bill generation
- Assist in GST audit and annual return filings

**Other Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance records
- Support payroll processing with TDS deductions and Form 16 issuance
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Sound knowledge of Indian taxation laws (IT, TDS, GST)
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
